To help us assist you effectively, please complete the FRYSC form for each school your child attends. If you have children enrolled at multiple Bardstown City Schools, you’ll need to submit a separate form for each child at their respective school. This ensures that we can address each family’s unique needs in partnership with the appropriate school.
