Bardstown City Schools requires all primary household families to complete the Back-to-School Annual Update for all current students. This update ensures we have accurate and up-to-date information for the upcoming school year, including:
✔️ Emergency Contacts – Stay informed about important school messages, including weather-related closures and delays.
✔️ Required Forms – Complete annual district forms, including media opt-out, school nurse permissions, and access to the Healthy Kids Clinic.
Who Needs to Complete the Update?
A current student is any child who was actively enrolled in a BCS school during the previous year—even if they are moving to a new BCS school due to promotion (e.g., transitioning from preschool to kindergarten at Bardstown Primary).
When & How to Complete Your Update
The Annual Update for the 2025-2026 school year opens on March 17. To complete it, log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account and follow the prompts. Click here to begin your Annual Update.
